Morden beautiful cottage set in a picturesque location. Very spacious and a wonderful view of the surrounding lake and Mount Fuji. Extremely clean and a perfect place to unwind and enjoy this beautiful area. Highly recommend staying here. 10 min walk to a bus stop to get on to a tourist city loop bus ( we pre purchased tickets at the Kawaguchicko station) and a 15min drive by car to town. Sunil and the rest of the staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming.

We stayed in the Modern Suite with Barrel Sauna, right in the front row with an absolutely stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The design and layout of the hotels property are beautiful. Even just walking between the villas is a lovely experience. The villa has a slightly unusual layout – you enter through the bedroom – but it’s not a big deal. Once you step into the kitchen and out onto the terrace, nothing else matters in front of Mt Fuji. The sauna is fantastic – it heats up in just a few minutes. The outdoor tub next to the sauna is meant only for a cold dip after the sauna – it doesn’t have hot water The staff were extremely kind and welcoming.

You can't beat the location . Wake up in the morning and Fuji is just there to great you when open the door from the cottage. Perfect location. We walked down to the lake in the evening , a loving stroll around the lake and through the village . We ate a local restaurant local hoto and was indeed very filling and huge portions .We went to a nearby water fall and a shrine in the mountain 10 min drive I think was called Haha -no .Amazing walk though cedars forest from there
