Nice comfortable bed, and good soundproofing. Location is a 8 due to a lot of walking, there are no buses, and I could not rent a bicycle since the App did not accept my Norwegian phone numer. The fridge was not cold, and the warmwater tap in the bathroom made a lot of noise, especially in the night. The distance from the bus station is long, especially if you have a lot of baggage to carry - othwise it's just LOVELY to walk in the direction of beautiful Mt Fuji. And what a VIEW 🤩 Book / ask for mountain view 🏔🤩 The hotel has a nice viewing terrace for good photos and sunrise / sunsets of Mt Fuji 😃

The room is big and spacious. There are 3 of us, we booked a room with 2 double beds. I could share the bed with my 11 yo son comfortably. We also like the public bath, it is better than some of the 4 stars hotels we stayed. It is very convenient as there are convenient shops, restaurants, chateraise bakery nearby.

Great layout of the room and awesome view. The bath in the room was also great and we loved that you could sit in the bath and just stare at Mt Fuji The room was large and the beds comfortable. Definitely the highlight of our trip. The hotel staff were able to promptly organise a taxi when it was raining and were very helpful and have English speaking staff. There is massage chairs and foot massage machines available to guests, as well as a public bath. The restaurant attached to the hotel, Choice Kitchen, has a buffet dinner for about 1400 yen (if I remember correct) which was great for the price. The hotel is walking distance 20-30 minutes from kawaguchiko station which was good and there are shops and restaurants close by.

Big room for Japan is something exceptional😁 queen size bed was very comfortable for myself. Blackout curtains, bathtub, big choice of amenities like toothbrush, comb, raizor, anthing😍 Nice pijama is provided for every room to visit onsen. Onsen is lovely, small garden view and massage chairs are perfect! Been there 2 times in one day, very relaxing😅 shopping mall is just across the road
