This was the most wonderful hotel! Wonderful, professional and lovely personals! Beautiful views It was amazing and best cultural place to stay in to live and eat traditionally. It was so relaxing after our mountain climb. They have a grate shuttle from kawaguchiko station to the hotel. Also they pack and help you ship your luggage.

Awesome stay in a traditional-style Japanese hotel. The rooms provided a really authentic feel and had great views both of Mt Fuji and of the lake. The breakfast was nice with a great variety of dishes available. But wow, the highlight was the dinner. We were served in a private room for groups, and our server (M) was incredible - very friendly and patient and always went out of her way to help us and explain things, even if there was occasionally some gap in language.

This hotel is amazing! The rooms are large in typical japanaise style, the breakfest was very delicious and the onsen and feet bath at the roof top was perfect!
