Without a doubt, what I loved the most about this room was the stunning view of Mt. Fuji and its charming traditional style. The value for money is excellent. The staff were very kind, and the room had everything we needed—and more. It’s full of character, and if I return to this area, I would definitely stay here again. For a foreign visitor looking for a more authentic Japanese experience, this place is ideal. They also offer bicycle rentals, which we used a lot, and the staff were very patient with us. We left feeling extremely satisfied and with unforgettable memories. Thank you!

The location was perfect, 7 min walking from the lake Kawaguchiko. 30 min from the train station, but they pic up and drop of for free, just needed to send a msg.

I really loved the experience of staying in a traditional Japanese house. Our room (like all the others at the facility) had tatami floor and futon beds. I was very happy with how clean the room was and the bathroom. Overall the room was very big, apart for the two futon beds we also had a traditional Japanese table (those ones on the floor) and a few pillows. We were allocated in the building C so unfortunately to reach the spa/showers area you need to exit the building and walk a little on the road to access the main building were the showers are. The shower situation is just like the picture shows, it's a traditional Japanese onsen (温泉) with a hot water pool and shower heads. Shampoo and conditioner are provided. Also in the room pjs are provided. The hotel is a bit far away from Kawaguchiko Station. It took us a little over half an hour walking because by the time we arrived at the station (around 10pm) there wasn't any taxi available in the app or on the street. But during the day the city really comes alive and you get to rent a bike or a car. It is closer to Kawaguchiko Lake. We loved our stay at the hotel. The room has heating, we were there in early April and it was very useful as at night the temperature dropped.
