So this was a last minute, same day booking to accomodate some last minute travel plans change and to fit into our train schedule. It was therefore an excellent location (on the doorstep of the train station). It was also safe - or at least felt so and the building (which I will comment under what I didn't like) was kept up to a decent standard!

Very close to JR station (also 25 minutes walk from Shinkansen station), yet not noisy. Good value for twin room. Helpful staff
