Excellent service from the staff , thanks for Abdelghafour who encourage us to extend our stay and makes our journey smooth. His welcoming is exceptional and anything you need he is present to assist .. I highly recommend him ..1st time in this hotel and 100% will be back .

Staff are excellent ,rooms are very clean but I got bad experience with the neighbours on the connected room, i highly appreciate the help of the arabic receptionist working night shift , she solve my issue and give back the rest to my stay .

The services of some staffs. Special mentioned to Ms. Valeria-Reception, Lyn-streat culture waitress, Aye-bistro waitress, Dasun & Gerzon in housekeeping, Yassine in front office & Hayat in valet parking. Ambiance is very nice. Thank you also to those who made effort in the room for my birthday.
