Property was good but the amenities can be improved eg there was no bathrobe or slippers in the room

Very good staff, they were quite welcoming and made us feel comfortable. Breakfast was good and also liked room service dinner.

It's value for money. Clean and comfortable stay. Variety of Breakfast items. Could improve the food temperature, not hot food. Coffee and tea was just warm . Other than this, everything else was good.

One of the staff at the reception was bad! The hotel shall inform the guest if there is a rate change while the guest ask to extend his stay. I was forced to pay extra money whith out prior notice. The receptionist didn't admit the mistake but keep arguing.
