Cleaning of the kitchen and terrace is not included.Please note that the apartments are not soundproofed, but feature double glazing to isolate noise and maintain the temperature inside.Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival.Please note that no reimbursement will be made in case of early check-out.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. It was a wonderful choice for staying here with family during the holidays. We stayed here many times. This is the best aparthotel in whole Los Boliches. We recommend everyone spend holidays there.

Nice place fir reasonable price. Very good location few minutes walk from Los Boliches train station. Clean and spaceous apartment with fridge, microvawe, coffee maker, toaster and water boiler. It was prohibited to reserve sunbeds with towels on the pool area which was great.

Location, quiet, great room with cold cold air con, kitchen, washer/drier, balcony. Been before and will keep coming back.
