Great hotel, extremely large, comfy bed, staff are bright, cheerful and helpful and breakfast outstanding.

It was a last minute decision to overnight in a hotel, and I was pleased with my choice. The room was clean, and the bedding and towels spotless . Nice range of on-site toiletries - shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. Tissues. Kettle, tea, coffee and hot choc available + choice of normal or oat milk. I liked that it was an old building - and a bit quirky. Some decorative work needed in places - but that didn't spoil my stay. Lovely breakfast. Really nice staff.

The room was a good size and had a nice shower! The soaps were nice too. Breakfast was great - as were the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Location is perfect for central Frome!

The property was perfectly located for us in the centre of town. The staff were excellent during our stay. The accommodation is a little dated but very clean and the beds were lovely and comfortable. The breakfast offering was also very nice.
