Beautiful self contained studio apartment, superbly maintained. Excellent and friendly host. Secure off road parking. Decent base for local attractions and destinations. Very reasonably priced for the quality of the accommodation.

Well what was there not to like about this property! Nothing. We travel a lot with work and this one is in the top 2 for us. Ivan directed us to the property and spent time with us chatting he was so welcoming. Inside it’s full of everything and more you would want to stay away, but it’s more like a home form home. There is nothing that you could add to this place to make it any better. The bed is so comfy you don’t want to get up 😊 we played pool, chilled, went for walks. We are definitely planning on returning later this year. If you want a place that is comfy, warm with all you need, this is the place. Thank you Ivan

Ivan text me prior to check in, just in case we struggled to find the property He gave consise information about the property and how to best enjoy it He also left a few basics in the fridge, the kitchen had everything you would have at your own home. The property was very quiet, which was how we wanted it We stayed here to give us easy access to the western Fells Also if you like a sunset it’s only a short drive to the coast
