Loved this hotel! The showers were amazing and the shared bathrooms clean and big! The room was well decorated and clean. The building is a beautiful old building with lovely high ceiling and plenty of character. The bars, food and drink were great and it’s a lively drinking spot for locals too!

Very local 😀 Clean, safe and free parking out the back Even though it’s a shared bathroom there were bath robes and slippers provided and the bathroom was exceptionally clean

Location was A1. Despite being upstairs from a popular pub, not noisy at all. Air conditioning worked great luckily as it was a hot couple of days. Free parking behind the Local was a plus, right near back steps. And a plethora of cafes and eateries nearby. Spoiled for choice.

The Staff was absolutely lovely, super friendly and helpful. The room was so cozy, clean and the size was perfect! I usually don't like sharing bathrooms with other people, but everything was so tidy and spotless - equipped with everything you might need. The bar downstairs was super alive and hang out, and the location is magical! You have to try this spot 10/10 recommend.

Great location. Bespoke room. Good value. Shared bathroom facilities which may not be for all. That said the showers are generous, the water hot and kept very clean 👍 Meals are excellent and good value. Although breakfast is not included excellent choices are available within a 100m either side. Cool cafe strip.

Great character hotel, huge rooms individually decorated above a lively pubs in an amazing part of fremantle. Lovely veranda out the back for morning coffee. Dont let the shared bathrooms put you off they are clean and robes and slippers are provided.

If you don't mind shared bathrooms, this hotel is excellent. My room was large, air-conditioned and very clean. There were bathrobes, nice towels and soaps, slippers, a fridge, tea-making facilities, and a pod coffee machine. The bathrooms were clean and had soap dispensers. The whole place seemed very tasteful and well looked after. The location is good -- you can walk to the beach or the centre of Fremantle, and there are several cafes and an organic food shop nearby.
