The apartment was very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The shower and bath worked properly. The kitchen appliances worked properly (mind you, the oven gets very hot, so adjust the temperature down or take out your food a bit before the recommended time to not burn it). The host is very friendly and present. We saw her in and around the building multiple times a day and she always informed if we needed anything. (Thank you for that!) Our boys loved the aquarium in the general entrance hall! Good to know for your grocery list: there’s a filter coffee maker, for which filters were provided. Other basics need to be brought: ground coffee, tea, cooking oil, herbs and spices, etc.

"We stayed in the Landmann family's apartment in the Black Forest and were very satisfied. Here's what we especially loved: 1. Excellent location - the apartment is ideally situated for exploring the Black Forest. 2. Cleanliness and maintenance - the apartment was clean and well-maintained. 3. Fully equipped - the apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, nothing was missing. 4. Comfort - the apartment was spacious and comfortable, perfectly suited to our needs. 5. Great hospitality - the host, Tatiana, was kind, attentive, and helpful in every way. 6. Attention to detail - it was evident that a lot of thought was put into all the small details that make a stay pleasant. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a trip to the Black Forest. It's an excellent choice for families or small groups. We would definitely love to return in the future!"

1) free parking 2) romantic river and green surrounding with playgroynd for a kid 3) lovely host 4) big appartment with many big windows - very bright and clean 5) fully furnished kitchen 6) big bathroom 7) a lot of space and air 8) calm neighbourhood 9) close to grocery shops and gas station 10) easy to travel to strassbourg, colmar and rhein watterfalls
