The apartment was spacious, and had great light. The view facing the mountains was great. The bed was very comfortable. The balcony was a nice way to escape the heat at night and have great conversations.

Tom was a very helpful and communicative apartment manager. His communication over WhatsApp was great, full of insider hints/tips/knowledge and happy to answer any questions. The building was nice and quiet, with no noisy neighbours. It's located near to public transport as well as being a really easy walk into the town. It's on quite a quiet street, so it's nice to sit on the balcony and watch the sun go down. The bed was comfortable enough for a week's stay and it was nice to have different areas to sit in downstairs to make the most use of the space.

We were given the opportunity to leave our luggage before check-in and the host was very kind and eager to assist. The apartment is really close to the tram station (direct connection with HBF).

A lot of space-> good to stay for 4 people, balcony and big windows. Fast and friendly communication. 15min walk from train station and easy to go to city center.
