The location was amazing with this hotel overlooking the stunning Lumley beach. Our room was pleasant with a comfy bed. Air-conditioning made it just right, especially with the heat of Freetown .Meals in the rooftop restaurant were done to perfection but could have had more choice for vegetarians. The same could be said for the breakfast menu. The evening reception staff were delightful which was in direct contrast to the daytime staff at the reception who were distinctly unfriendly and unhelpful. Room key repeatedly failed to work and had to be replaced twice. Internet was poor meaning our mobile data worked quicker. Room was not ready when we arrived with no towels or tea and coffee making facilities. Someone's washing was drying on the balcony. Pool was rather green with algae. Overall we enjoyed our stay but specific improvements mentions above (should have already been corrected for a hotel like this) would have improved our stay.

Good location, comfortable and modern rooms suitable for a pleasant visit. The check-in experience was smooth. I met Shaam, who assisted with the housekeeping service , he was welcoming and very helpful. The morning breakfast was also good.
