Warm & hospitable hosts Monica & John, lovely historic home tastefully refurbished into a B&B, located close to the centre of town, shops, restaurants & places of interest, comfortable rooms with thoughtful amenities, delicious hot breakfast cooked by John

Lovely house and beautifully furnished. Breakfast was freshly prepared and both John and Monica couldn't have been nicer or more welcoming and were full of information about Fredericton and the locality. Only a short walk to the town centre. All in all, highly recommended.

The host went above and beyond the norm. We were greeted on arrival with a glass of prosecco and made to feel very welcome. We were provided with loads of information about Fredericton, what to see and do, where to eat etc and when the host found out it was my husband's birthday they sang happy birthday and lit a candle at breakfast. Location was excellent, right in a quiet location more or less in the centre of the town.
