I missed my flight from London which meant I would be arriving a day latter. The inn was happy to cancel my reservation for the night and change my booking date, this was really helpful considering the fact that I had to spend money on new tickets so great customer service. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. I love the room layout I booked the standard queen room with 2 queen beds. once you enter it the bathroom to the right and the cloth hanger to the left, further down is the coffee station and the the main room. There's 2 arm chair and a table, plus a swivel chair ideal for meetings. there is also a chest of drawer for extra storage. The heating worked very well and I loved the fact that it was thermostat regulated so never too cold or hot. There's a coffee machine in the room and they provided pods through out the stay with cups. I called housekeeping to clean and they were quick about it. We had breakfast in their restaurant and it was really good. The reception staffs were very nice. The inn is located uptown and close to the mall with lot of shopping options and different food options. Its a 21 minute walk downtown but you can also take a bus which is right in front of the inn. There is a mini fridge in the room and I was able to request a microwave for the room, there is an iron and ironing board and hairdryer. The bathroom was really spacious and the shower is big, good water temperature and pressure.

Staff is very good! Friendly , it's clean, comfortable and also have great food in restaurant. We have been there at least 5 times now . Keep up the good work. Just one little idea is that when someone goes more then once should have a point system or a 10% discount which ever you feel. I also know that your hotel is very great pricing for hospital appt so I am very greatful ! Will definitely go back if need to. 👍😊

The room was clean, the bed are comfortable it was quiet. The staff always said hello.
