Good location 10 minutes from downtown. Nothing fancy, but you aren't paying for fancy. Great spot to stay to catch a show or festival in town.

The man who works at the front desk is super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy. The room was clean. New fan and air conditioner.

For a cheap room for the night it was okay, it was very clean but it wouldn't hurt to do a little work on the rooms, I would say $200 could go a long way to making the room look better.
