Everything. The location is very handy to Fredericton airport and minutes to downtown. The owner is super friendly and takes good care of the property. I would 100% reccomend this place. Thanks

Everything was fine! Hot chocolate would have been a pleassnt touch for children and people who don't drink coffee like me. (If there was some, I'm sorry, I didn't see it.)
