Our experience at Il Cucù was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, communication with Flavia was exceptional - quick, clear, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to meet all our requests and needs, making everything smooth and stress-free. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and full of charm, and the location couldn’t be better: just a 2-minute walk from the train station, providing effortless access to Rome while still enjoying the peaceful beauty of Frascati. Flavia’s warm hospitality and impeccable organisation made this stay truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for more. A perfect 10/10 - highly recommended!

Everything. The accommodation was exactly like in the photos, with everything you need. The location is very close to the train station. At 30 -40 minutes by foot to ESRIN.
