The location is conveniently close to "town" but better than being in the town because of the beautiful, calm surroundings. The room was spacious and comfortable and pretty (seemed new). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was decent but could have had more variety.

Room was clean and position on the edge of town was good though not walking distance but we knew that. Great to have laundry facilities. Breakfast was sufficient but fairly basic but was all tasty. Lovely grounds.

Great value for money and not far from town. Our room had an electric fireplace, which made the room feel so cosy. Breakfast was included and very much appreciated. I wish we could have stayed more than 1 night. Thank you Franz Josef Oasis!

Nice accommodation and massive bathroom, really enjoyed the king size bed. Continental breakfast each morning was good too
