Compact studio in the back garden of a large house. Has 2 sofa-beds - 1 on mezzanine "bedroom" up some creaking stairs; the other in the sitting area. Decently equipped for self-catering with free Wifi and safe parking directly by it.. Easy hassle-free public transport into the centre of Rouen (E1.90) - [check local services as some routes have been temporarily changed]. Very close to supermarkets. Good value for one,
