A great place to stay during a short stopover while travelling by train from Paris to Prague. This is a true "5 star" hotel in every sense of the term. Location, staff, rooms and services are all "5 star" This was a sort stay to break up a train trip which turned out to be one of the highlights of our holiday The room was spotless, bright and spacious. Staff could not be more helpful. Location was central to both rail station and Oldtown.

overall had a pleasant experience. The location is absolutely perfect right in the heart of the city, close to everything you need, from shops and restaurants to key attractions. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a stylish and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help, which made the stay enjoyable. I was disappointed with the cleaning standards. Upon arrival, the shampoo and body wash in the shower were completely empty, and the overall cleanliness didn’t quite meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. With some improvement in housekeeping, this hotel could truly live up to its 5-star potential.

A wonderful hotel and team welcomed us for a 3 night stay. We would highly recommended this hotel for anyone. Well equipped room, comfortable beds and excellent service. A brilliant restaurant and breakfast.
