The hotel staff were very friendly and really accommodating. We arrived at 1:45pm and check in was meant to be at 3pm but the lovely staff member allowed us to check in no problem. The beds were comfortable. The quadruple room was spacious with comfy beds and good working air-conditioning. The room was clean with tea making facilities available. The quadruple room had a spacious double bed and 2 single beds which was perfect for my two children due to age differences (11yrs and 5yrs). They allowed us to leave our luggage on the final day as we weren't leaving Frankfurt until 6pm. This was a great plus! Also the 12pm check out is also phenomenal. Not many hotels offer 12pm check out as standard.
