The property was very nice, quite and comfortable. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was on top. Everything was perfect and the price was reasonable for the hotel.

It was clean, modern and conveniently located for us. One member of staff in the restaurant stood out for her outstanding service—Kelly. She was consistently attentive, always pleasant, and went out of her way to offer helpful suggestions for sightseeing in Frankfurt when I asked for advice.

Staff were wonderful and went above and beyond to help us. Really appreciated the early breakfast pre ironman and the help from the concierge getting parked up when we arrived. Thanks also to Kelly at breakfast who was so friendly and thoughtful. The food at the restaurant was great and the mini self serve shop was really useful.
