We stayed at 'Villa Petrino' from 8 nights in late July/ early August and had a fabulous time. The villa can comfortably accommodate 6 guests (2 in the master bedroom, 2 in the loft bedroom plus 2 in the living room sofa bed). Note the loft bedroom is very spacious and easily fit a cot bed if required. It has a dining table for 6, the ground floor open space living room, dining area and kitchen is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped (i.e. large fridge/freezer, pots, all cutlery, dishes, glasses and mugs, kettle, etc). It also has 2 bathrooms, 2 air condition units, and a washing machine. The hosts, Evie, Odysseas, and Daphne were really lovely people, and always eager to help. We were much obliged to Evie for going the extra mile and doing our laundry and even put it on the line to dry when it was done. Many thanks! The family owning the villa also runs the Horse riding school which is adjacent to the villa and our children were treated to a free ride one evening which was a very kind gesture. Finally there is a 'Saloon Bar' next to Horse riding track to enjoy your coffee or drink and chill out. More importantly, the property benefits from a private pebbled (not sandy) beach with very clear waters if you want to avoid crowded beach bars. This is a great location for holidays in Nafpaktos but also for day trip to nearby Mesolloggi, Galaxidi, or even the city of Patras (all these within half hour to an hour drive). All these factors certainly added up to a memorable holiday.
