A really lovely place in a beautiful little village close to Chenonceaux. Isabelle is a wonderful host and we enjoyed the nice big garden and were treated to a super breakfast each morning when making plans for the day. Good advice on places to go, wines to find. Merci bien!

Our stay at this charming bed and breakfast was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Isabella and later Janick. Their hospitality truly made us feel at home. Each morning, we were treated to a hearty continental breakfast that was the perfect start to our day. The highlight was undoubtedly the delicious homemade jam, bursting with fresh, natural flavours. The accommodations were pristine. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, a testament to the care and attention to detail that our hosts put into maintaining their property. We also loved that there was a well-equipped kitchen available for guests to use, providing all the conveniences of home. As cyclists, we were thrilled that they allowed us to keep our bicycles in their garage, which made our stay stress-free. This thoughtful gesture was just one example of how our hosts went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Overall, our experience was nothing short of perfect. We can’t recommend this bed and breakfast highly enough and look forward to returning!

The welcome from Isabelle and Janick was lovely. So friendly and helpful, they made us feel instantly at home. The room in the converted stables/barn (such a great conversion, too) was very clean and fresh and although a little small for all our luggage we were still able to fit in very comfortably. Little extras were great, such as face flannels, and we really appreciated the cuisine facility where we could store our food in the fridge and make ourselves a dinner when not going out. Tables and chairs to sit at were dotted around the garden, and with such a large area we could walk around in the cool and even play pingpong in the field behind. And in the morning and evening we could enjoy watching the hot air balloons sailing overhead. Breakfasts were outstanding - generous, fresh and more than we eat. And parking - often such a big problem when in Europe - was a breeze - right next to the unit and plenty of room. It was great being able to get information about the Loire attractions from hosts who are clearly passionate about their country and love to take care of their guests - I feel there was nothing that they wouldn't do to make our stay enjoyable. And what a superb location in which to enjoy some of the best of France.

Very warm welcome by the owner. Helpful suggestions for dinner. Fantastic breakfast. Great coffee. Plenty to eat. Nice little guest kitchen to store food for travellers like us with cheese and wine we had collected on the way.
