Quiet, peaceful and rural. Saw lots of birds and animals from the windows including deer. Lots of public pathways for walks outside the beautiful grounds.

A lovely cottage with wood beams and old granary features throughout. The kitchen was well equipped and there was lots of hot water whenever we wanted it. The grounds were quite extensive and well kept, which our very active spaniel loved going for walks around. The tennis court looked well maintained. It is 3 minutes drive from the Old Mill House pub and restaurant which is dog friendly and serves good food. The shops are 5 minutes drive away.

The location is really beautiful compared to areas we often stay in for work. very peaceful and relaxing after a long day on site. The host was very friendly and accommodating.
