The cottage was surprisingly spacious (I was on my own but there's plenty of room for two), very comfortable and fitted out and to a high standard. A minute's walk to the town square and a couple more to the castle. There are several places to have breakfast once cooking your own loses its novelty. I arrived on public transport so can't comment on the parking.

Perfectly located for wandering around the town. It was so nice to not need the car. It was also spotlessly clean and we had everything we needed. The bottles of local apple juice and cider in the fridge were a nice touch. Communication from the owner was also excellent. We absolutely loved our stay.

The cottage was very cosy and the beds were very comfortable. The cottage was just a minute walk to the shops and restaurants so no need to use the car once parked.
