The fine print
The hotel offers the TRANSFER IN service (only from Foz do Iguaçu Airport to the Hotel) free of charge only on arrival, this being an outsourced service that is available for reservations of 02 days or more and must be scheduled up to 72 hours in advance. It is necessary to inform the hotel reservation center of the flight details (airline, flight number arriving in Foz and arrival time).TRANSFER OUT (hotel/airport) is not included.For last minute reservations it is not possible to schedule the TRANSFER IN.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

I liked the hotel very much, friendly househeeper, frontdesk . But there's a wonan very rude that was taking our order for food for dinner (kinda blond) and even we have to pay for park and the park is not on the building they say is vallet but some of the employees shows no effort or did not want to go get your car , simple show you where the car was and gave you the keys. Very different from when you first arrive that treats ypu like first class guest.

This place was fantastic. We had an amazing experience. We was welcomed by a guy called Luka who is a Local. He was really helpful fulfilled our needs with two baby coats gave us all the information we needed. Where to go. What time was Best? We had the best advice and our stay was made so great, thanks to Luka.
