Please note that the hotel is located in a National Park. Private cars are not allowed in the park area. There is a free shuttle service between the hotel and the park entrance available 24 hours a day, every 20 minutes from 7am to midnight. A private transfer can also be arranged. The entrance fee to the National Park is already included in the daily rate. For more information, please contact the property.All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.When booking more than 2 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. Absolutely everything. The perfect stay, luxurious with such attention to detail. The bonus of having the Falls to ourselves before the rest of the tourists arrived was unforgettable. We dined at Y which was superb and our waitress, Raquel, was warm and welcoming and made the whole experience a special and memorable one.

We’ve been to this place many times and I want to stress 1. The hotel made notable investments to the infrastructure at the pool area, lobby, restaurants 2.Fresh and good quality meal 3. Very clean. Good towels 4. Comfortable bed (mattress) 5.moonlight excursion 6. The “Y” restaurant is a philosophy of food 7. Very professional personnel

Staff at Restuarant Y and Bar Taroba were fantastic personable, pleasant and helpful. Atmosphere and location second to none. Food at Restaurant Y deserving of Michelin hats. All food in Hotel excellent, Cocktails at Tarouba bar very very interesting and local accents.
