The architecture and layout was designed beautifully. The property is spacious, full of light, with a fabulous living space and kitchen diner upstairs and two en-suite bedrooms to the lower floor. The additional kitchenette between the two bedrooms is a clever use of the space there.

A beautiful property in a unique setting, quite isolated but easy enough to get to Polruan and Fowey. Lots of space front and back for breakfast and evenings in the sun.
