There are 4 rooms specially adapted for guests with reduced mobility.Please note guests must present the credit card used to guarantee the reservation upon arrival.Please note that guests are required to leave a copy of a valid photo ID in addition to leave a credit card upon check in. If the guest do not leave a credit card at check in, the guest must leave the amount of USD $100.00 as deposit, if such deposit is not used, the hotel will reimburse it at check out.

It was a very comfortable stay and the staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The food was good in the restaurant which accommodated a lot of people. The weather was very wet during our stay and with no heaters in the room it was very difficult to dry our clothes.

The staff at the lodge were very welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed walking around the beautifully manicured grounds as well as spending time in the various pools. Our room was on the small side but comfortable. The buffet breakfast had great variety. The lodge is quite far from the town of La Fortuna, but it is easy to access with reasonably priced Uber rides.

Comfortable room and laid back, relaxed environment. Especially liked the direct access to the lush gardens from the room. Lovely to wake up to. There are thermal springs on premises which are great start or end to the day. The location is also good.
