Facilities are great. Breakfast is very good. Hot springs really great - open 10-10. Kids absolutely loved the pools and slides. Food and drink in the pools not as expensive as I thought it would be. Gorgeous view point to look at volcano.

Great thermal pools (very cool waterslide in the normal pool), excellent restaurant and breakfast buffet. Great service 👌 Highly recommend this hotel as it‘s really great and also you can do lot‘s of great activities which are not far away.

The swimming and thermal pools were fantastic and the slide kept my grown up kids laughing for hours. For me it was just too fast! The rooms were a really good size with amazing views and the shower was warm and a decent pressure. Accessible bars from the pools was welcomed as well as being able to fill our water bottles in reception even though it’s a big resort we still saw wildlife. Oh and you must go to the lookout point- it’s the most amazing view. Really fun stay and the staff were all super helpful and friendly. Not sure how it would be in the busy season being such a big hotel but it being May we didn’t feel crowded

Our stay at Los Lagos was a mixed bag. The hotel's location and grounds are truly exceptional. The thermal pools are fantastic, and we absolutely loved exploring the surrounding area. We were lucky enough to see toucans and the views of the volcano were simply breathtaking. The peaceful atmosphere was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed going for walks and birdwatching. Breakfast was also good, with a decent variety of options. If you're looking for a hotel with stunning natural surroundings, excellent thermal pools, and a family-friendly atmosphere, Los Lagos delivers. However, be prepared for basic, outdated rooms and bathrooms.
