The location is great, the view of the volcano and the garden was stunning, staff was very nice, enough parking to park, both restaurants nearby were very good and the swimming pools were very nice.

Hotel Lavas Tacotal was a very nice place to stay in La Fortuna. Breakfast had good options and great fresh fruits. The outside areas were very green and well maintained, and the pool was clean. The view is very special, even with cloudy weather. Our room was clean, though some details could be better maintained, especially in the bathroom. Overall, a pleasant stay.
