Carolina “Fantastic place with pool, green around and the best volcano views”

Fantastic place, loved the location and our chalet facing the volcano. The staff were very friendly and attentive, the common areas very nice, the restaurant a great option not to have to drive somewhere else. We even enjoyed family pool games having drinks and after dinner. All great, definitely a great place to stay, especially if you prefer to avoid the town area (still being 20-30 mins away).

Best view, amazing location, in the middle of nowhere in the jungle which is very cool. The hotel itself is very nice, and has a lovely pool and heated bath. A lot of animals approach you (desirable), and you can go on a nice hike within the property too. We were able to enjoy it both in sunlight and rain

Amazing view on Arenal from the rooms and from the infinity pool. Hot tub was also very nice extra to relax after a hiking day. Surroundings are beautiful and full of carefully cared nature.

It's expensive but the view of the volcano was worth it. The food wasn't very nice but there's nowhere else to go if you haven't got a car. All the staff were fantastically helpful and polite.
