The staff were incredible & so friendly(special shout out to Chris, jenree, Louis & Jenny) Chris has a great team working for him. Location was amazing and very helpful in organising tours(the rafting company they used for the balsa river was one of the best tour operators we had on our travels through Central America)

The property is extremely well located. Everything you need is within walking distance. The rooms were very neat and cleaned daily. The staff are so friendly and help you with everything you need. The breakfast was good as well. We loved our stay.

The room and the complex were nice for the price I paid, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful to help me book activities. Not much to complain about.

Good location with comfortable rooms. Easy check in. Breakfast was available but had to pay extra as was not included in our room rate. WiFi was good and the pool was appealing. Can book trips with the hostel which was helpful. They also messaged in advance to provide information before our stay on what we could do. Restaurants and shops all right outside the property

The team is amazing! From the minute we arrived, we felt very welcome. They helped us with booking tours, learned us a lot about the country and La Fortuna. The hostel is great. They have good places to relax in and out of the sun and (if you want) a nice area to meet other people. A great place to come back to after discovering the beautiful area. The location is in the midst of the center with all the restaurants, stores and bars right around the corner. But as soon as you walk in the hostel, its seems like you are far away from the city.

We loves our stay at Poshpacker. Has a great pool, bar, real comfy hammocks to chill in, and convenient buffer breakfast available. But most of all what we loved were the staff especially Chris, Luis, Katerine and kayneya! They were super helpful and lovely and made it a great stay.

The hostel is excellent. The breakfast is really complete, the staff/reception are great, really polite, informative and helpful. The area of the hostel is amazing, the pool is nice, drinks are tasty.
