It is pure luxury. Staff are friendly and helpful. The restaurant could be improved but that is generally poor menu and some staff are too busy chatting with friends to serve.

We have stayed at this hotel before and it is fabulous, the staff are exceptional, the food is amazing. From start to finish everything was perfect, we are looking forward to staying at our favourite hotel in the world again.
