Noisy on the 3rd floor fan was running from 06:30 in morning until late at night No chance of getting an early night for an early start

Very well run hotel and the staff were excellent. Great location and close to station. Breakfast was excellent and we would not hesitate to stay again

Great value for money for a weekend stay with breakfast included! The bed is not super comfortable and it’s an old hotel so lots of squeaky floorboards, thin walls, old fashioned BUT it’s clean! Resistant when we asked for extra pillows. Breakfast was lovely (in particular veggie option!) Did not like that our bags are kept in the public area of the lobby when we asked if we could leave them there for the day when we checked out - I understand that fort William is relatively safe but not sure why in their office or behind the desk was not an option we didn’t have a huge bag and ours was the only one left in the public area all day luckily was there when we got back.

Traditional old style hotel. Looking a bit tired but it’s an old building. The staff were good and always smiling and polite. Overall I was comfortable in my stay at a reasonable cost.

Felt the cooked breakfast menu was limited choice were bacon ,sausage ,tomato ,fried egg, scrambled egg ,poached egg, beans was all that was there felt wasn't enough and the only thing that let it down for me

Great location and clean rooms, staff were extremely friendly. Room was on the smaller side but was perfect for me and was everything I needed. Was great value for money and would recommend

Our room was nicely decorated and equipped. Staff were very friendly and breakfast very good. Hotel is located in centre of town and handy for train and bus stations.
