The service provided by staff, in particular Rose Ann and Jhan, was excellent - they were always cheerful and very attentive. Breakfast was also excellent with a variety of hot and cold food to choose from. We chose to eat in for dinner which was perfectly cooked and presented. When asked for the steak to be cooked "medium rare" that is exactly how it was cooked (a rare occurence at other places!). Hot chocolate in the room was an added bonus.

The decor, our room was very big, beautifully decorated with lots of extras like slippers, bottles of water, fantastic view. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, Rose Ann on reception couldn't have been more helpful. Food in the restaurant for dinner and breakfast was delicious and the best value of our trip.
