Room was not the one we ordered from Booking. We have reserved two double beds room with an accessible shower and was approved but there isn't such a room in the hotel. Very disappointing.

Convenient location as we were going on a cruise, the room was spacious, close to shops for last minute items. Air conditioning was great. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

The room was large and comfortable, and the staff were pleasant. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The location was convenient. The only thing I didn’t like was the Avanti shuttle, they left us hanging at the airport. However, when I told management at the hotel about it the manager Ciara Burton went the extra mile to procure a complimentary shuttle to the cruise port for my group.
