location and having a parking space was perfect. Apartment has all the amenities you need. The balcony gives a nice outside space. The check-in instructions were clear.

The location is great - central to Fontainebleau but also in a quiet spot. We enjoyed having breakfast on the balcony every morning. It was a real bonus to have private parking with a lift to our floor.

Location was perfect, only 2 minute stroll to the main square and about 6 minute walk to the Fontainebleau Chateau. Loads of great restaurants within 5/6 min walk. Secure parking under the studio with direct access via a lift. The studio was so well equipped with everything one would need. Instructions and photos of position of studio were excellent, and although it is in a quiet courtyard, the photos made it very easy to find. Balcony was an added bonus. Justin was so kind; when we arrived it was v sunny and he offered to get an a/c unit and fan for us!! Shower over the bath was powerful and loads of piping hot water. Can't fault it; even the decor was our taste. I'm very sure you'll love your stay here.

Very easy to get things needed for our breakfast. Near to restaurants, shops and bus stops. Farmer’s market is at only 100m from the apartment and three times a week. At the same time the apartment is in a very quiet environment.
