Additionally, the lift providing access to the guest rooms is not able to accommodate full-size wheelchairs.Payment Policy: We kindly inform you that cash payments are not accepted at our hotel.Late Arrival Procedure: If your check-in time will be after 11:00 PM, we request that you contact the hotel before 10:00 PM on your arrival day to let us know. If prior notification is not received by 10:00 PM, a late check-in charge of up to £50 may be applied, at the hotel's discretion.Dining Update: Our restaurant is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be closed. This means we will not be serving breakfast or any other food items during this time.Our front of house team is here to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have, so please feel free to reach out. The area was fantastic. The staff and owner very friendly. Our room was great especially the view, our cats were calm, relaxed and comfortable staying which was a plus.

Very convenient to town Centre. Secure car park only 5 minutes walk for overnight parking. Cost approximately £6. Staff very helpful 🙏

Great location for the Leas seafront and town. A little further to walk to the Harbour Arm. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfy. Overall, good value.
