Francoise “A wonderful historic place in the centre of Foix”

Sonia is an experienced and a very nice host. We booked the room/apartment at the very last minute after a false start with another booking. The house is full of character. The suite we had was right underneath the castle. Such history! Ideally located in the centre of Foix. The suite was very large and comfortable with everything needed. The breakfast was plentiful. Importantly, we could put our bikes safely in Sonia’s garage. Highly recommend.

Superb location in the centre, easy walking distance to castle, church, restaurants and cafe. Very spacious accommodation, separate lounge area with kettle, microwave and fridge. All were very clean and comfortable. The bread and croissants at breakfast were delicious. Super friendly and helpful host.

A comfortable and spacious apartment in a superb location. Very friendly and helpful service and lots of nice touches in the room, such as socket extensions. A good continental breakfast, including cereal and marmalade.

Great location in heart of old town. Very comfortable spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Extremely hospitable host. Speaks fluent English and gave us an excellent local restaurant recommendation. Although the host offered us free onsite parking we thought driving there through the historical centre might be challenging. Instead we chose public overnight parking (very cheap) close by opposite the Hotel de Ville.
