Rita's place is situated in a very quiet part of the city, surrounded by a beautiful small garden. The room was comfortable, clean and bright, so as the bathroom. Breakfast was perfect, with fresh homemade cakes, and several kind of pastries, fruits, yogurts,... Definitely a nice place to stay

The farm-fresh food, both breakfast and dinner, was so delicious and Rita was a fantastic host. We felt very welcome despite barely speaking any Italian. (I would recommend studying a little bit before visiting the region -- all the other guests were Italian and the hosts do not speak English.) We will definitely recommend it to friends. One of the most genuine local experiences we have every had on a vacation. Despite being off the beaten path, it is very close to the beach, a breathtaking cave, and a Roman temple (which we had entirely to ourselves!). The village it is in very charming and you can feel it is a very vibrant community with the locals of all ages hanging out on the street every evening.

Everything was great, you cannot do better. Familiar, lovely, very clean, relaxed place and nice people. The room was big enough, well equipped, lovely big bed and a balcony covered by a tree, very clean bathroom, everything there. Breakfast was more than excellent, wide range of fruits, home-made cakes, best italian coffee and sardic cheese. Every extra wish was covered, from eggs to cucumbers. In the evening they offer typical fresh cooked meals, very tasty, healthy, regional products, lovely wine aside. The nights were cool and therefore comfortable. Fluminimaggiore is a nice, traditional village with a museum, supermarkets, cafes and lovely people. The long sandy beach is about 10 minutes away, restaurants and showers available. Most interesting is the mining history with guided tours...
