We like that the property has its own charm, it's pretty quiet and relaxing and it's 20 minutes far from the beach or Syracuse. The owners are very nice, Maria is a great cook and her breakfasts are delicious.

We had a fabulous stay and would definitely love to go back. There are approximately 6 rooms situated within the middle of the family's lemon/olive/almond farm. We had the king room which has a decent sized kitchenette and dining table. Our daughters had a twin room. Both rooms were large and immaculately clean, with nice simple furnishings and aircon. There is a nice round swimming pool which is big enough having fun and cooling down, plus a large patio and garden with deckchairs. Optional breakfast is well advised as very tasty and inexpensive, plus nice to chat with the (very nice) owners and guests. The property is on the edge of Floridia, which has a fair number of restaurants and looked a pleasant town. The property is a good base for days out such as Siracusa, and also great hiking at Pantalica and Cavagrande del Cassible. The family owners obviously take a real pride in their holiday business and farm and it is a credit to them.
