The fine print
According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorisation for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorisation must be notarised and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarised copies of their IDs.Please note that 1 up to 15 kg per room can be accommodated at the property upon previous request, at a daily surcharge. Guests travelling with pets are required to present valid vaccination documents of the animal upon check in.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. There's no luxury, but the three things I consider essential in a hotel are present: good shower, good bed and clean. In addition, there's a 24h bar, the staff is very friendly, breakfast is good and there is a valet service available if you are driving. It is also a 20-minute drive to the airport.

Amazing hotel. It was written 3 stars hotel in the booking, but it looks like a 5 stars hotel. Amazing staff, wonderful location, in center but very quiet.

The place is in a nice neighborhood with cafés and restaurants a few minutes walking. The hotel is new and clean and the staff very nice and helpful. The breakfast is ok.
