Adriana, she was so friendly and was always around to help. Truly amazing woman! The view. Sometimes I would stay in the hostel all day just to look at it. The pool. I kind of forgot there was one so when I got there it was a lively surprise. Kitchen was great, able to cook every day. Friendly vibe, comfy beds, air conditioning. Only a ten minute walk from Barra da Lagoa.

EVERYONE, especially Adriana and Kiki where extremely welcoming. The house is gorgeous, surrounded by green and more green and an unbeatable view on the river and the beach to constantly check how the surf is. It only takes a couple minutes to get to the beach via a bridge. This side of the river is extremely silent since there is no cars but it's still very close to the centre. Kiki even collected me by boat so i didn't have to carry the luggage and they invited me to amazing polenta and some barbecue. The space is spacious and the view from anywhere is really just unbeatable! The kitchen is great as well, no bunk beds and there is a pool table. I ended up staying much longer than intended and I am so greatful to have found this place.

I enjoyed my staying at the hostel! When I arrived the host met me and crossed me through the river by boat (which was so cool cuz this is how the locals do it), there’s a longer way to get to the hostel by the bridge. The host also helped me with my luggage during the whole way up to the hostel and was very kind and helpful during my staying. She told me about the local area and the best places to buy food. The way up is not easy if you have a lot of luggage’s though but the view of the hostel is worthy the effort. It’s quiet and clean and so close to the beach. I would definitely stay there again in the future.
