The apartment is located in a modern new building right in the heart of the city of Floripa. Across from the entrance is a modern converted factory building with many food stalls, a great supermarket, and a café. The neighborhood is very safe and well-maintained. I travel a lot, but this apartment was one of the best I’ve ever stayed in. It’s very spacious, modern, and tastefully decorated. It has all the appliances and household amenities you could need. The view from the window of the bay and the bridge is wonderful. The rooftop pool with its view of the bridge is a real highlight.

The entire building uses high tech facial recognition to get into the building. No keys to worry about losing. The apartment was gorgeous and equipped with pretty much everything you need. The rooftop pool was great. The restaurants surrounging the building were great. Nice coffee shop right outside the door to the right and Angeloni's supermarket to the left.
