This property is not very far from the city, but very far from the crowded area and this is best part of this property. Here you enjoy your privacy time with your family and friends far from the city life. This property does have private access to the beach, Indoor and outdoor(summer) swimming pool and lot of other amenities . I loved the beach area and access to the nearby mountain area. Anyone can hike those small mountains and get a panoramic view of the Floripa.
