the lady at the reception was very sweet and we managed to book our trip to Tikal, even when we had a little bit of misunderstanding because of the language barrier, she called the agency and rebooked our trip with no problem overall I would say it was clean but the facilities were old there is a barrel with free water available in the kitchen

I got their best room (n:o 23) in the third floor with a large shared balcony with lake views. Friendly and helpful staff. Price.
