Everything about the stay was perfect. The location is a great for access to major places of interest. The breakfast was varied and we had to leave at 05.45 on our day of departure and Elana put out items for us to take on the journey.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Elena was a very good host and provided everything we needed. The room was well equipped with a kettle, a little fridge to keep drinks cold, WiFi, aircon. I was travelling with my daughter so we asked for separate single beds. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and changed each morning but items included nice coffee, juice, fresh fruit, pastries, yoghurt etc. The location was very convenient, 2 minute walk from SM Novella train station, and the apartment had a lift. Near dozens of little bars, shops, restaurants, and an easy walk through Centro Storico to all of the amazing churches, museums, and galleries. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay to visit Florence. Grazie Elena, it was lovely to meet you and also your beautiful pets!

A great place to stay for visiting Fluorence. Right next to the train station and easy to go to everywhere on foot but also very quiet at night. The room is inside an apartment with a private bathroom and a balcony. It is well designed and very clean. Elena is a wonderful host, very welcoming and thoughtful. She gave us great suggestions visiting the city and served delicious breakfast at 8am every morning. Her dog is so cute and we also love it very much.
